CARTIER — QIXI Campaign
For Cartier’s 2025 Qixi campaign, Aurore de La Morinerie was invited to illustrate a dreamlike visual universe for a poetic animated film directed by H5. Produced by Jungler for Publicis Luxe, the film reimagines the legendary tale of Qixi through flowing ink and watercolor compositions.

MAISON ALAÏA — Paris Fashion Week, Summer-Fall 2025
During Paris Fashion Week, Maison Alaïa unveiled a new series of ink and wash drawings by Aurore de La Morinerie, commissioned for Pieter Mulier’s Summer–Fall 25 collection. Presented alongside the runway show, the works reflect the collection’s spirit through fluid lines and luminous contrasts, capturing movement, purity, and timeless elegance.

Collective Exhibition - September 11 to October 25, 2025 - Écho 119 Gallery
The exhibition Invisible Seas brings together Maude Arsenault, Manon Lanjouère, Aurore de La Morinerie, and Laure Winants—four artists whose hybrid practices explore the unseen territories of the sea. With the opening of Rick Owens. TEMPLE. LOVE. STRENGTH. at Palais Galliera, Aurore de La Morinerie’s 2019 ink drawings for Rick Owens: Paris, La take on renewed relevance. Created as part of a collaborative book project celebrating the designer’s deep connection to Paris, these works capture the architectural gravity and monastic elegance of Owens’s silhouettes through minimal, expressive brushwork.

ARCHIVE SPOTLIGHT — Maison Worth
With the ongoing exhibition Worth. The Birth of Haute Couture at the Petit Palais, attention turns once again to the legacy of Charles Frederick Worth—echoed in Aurore de La Morinerie’s monotype series created for the Palais Galliera in 2015.
Commissioned for the exhibition La Mode retrouvée – Les robes trésors de la comtesse Greffulhe, these works are part of the museum’s permanent collection and offer a contemporary, poetic interpretation of 19th-century couture.

IMPRESSION ORIGINALE — Furoshiki
Collaboration with Impression Originale to create “Plongée en eaux profondes – bleu nuit”, a furoshiki inspired by the silent grandeur of the ocean depths. This design captures the delicate dance of coral, drifting seaweed, and elusive marine life, bathed in the shifting light between day and night. The deep blue hues echo the tranquility of underwater landscapes, inviting a moment of stillness and wonder. Also available in gift wrap and a coral-and-rose-gold variation.

Illustration work to promote Chanel’s 2024 olfactive exhibition dedicated to the Iris Pallida, held during the Jardins, Jardin event at Villa Windsor. Aurore de la Morinerie's artwork, characterized by its fluid and minimalist style, captures the natural elegance and beauty of the iris, echoing its importance in Chanel’s fragrance creations like N°5 and N°19.

Collaboration with Loro Piana to create an elegant digital booklet celebrating herbs, plants, and wellness. This unique piece complements the Cocooning collection, which centers on self-care and comfort.
The project also features downloadable wallpapers and shareable content, bringing the calm and beauty of the collection across devices.
AKIO NAGASAWA GALLERY — Les Rayons et les Ombres
Solo Exhibition by Aurore de La Morinerie from April 11 until June 1, 2024 at Akio Nagasawa Gallery, Ginza, Japan
This exhibition features monotype artworks created using watercolor, ink, and ink-wash paints, with traditional etching press machines. The artworks depict the coastal landscapes, illustrating creatures, waves, rocks, and sand. The title of the exhibition is inspired by Victor Hugo's poetry collection "Les Rayons et les Ombres".

ALGOLESKO — Seaweed
Drawings for Algolesko House: Passionate Seaweed Farmers in Brittany
Each type of seaweed has its own seasonality and specific living environment. Through these visuals, the aim was to represent seaweed "freshly salted," stabilized using Japanese methods. Here, we showcase Wakame, a cultivated seaweed that grows in deep waters in the open sea and withstands storms.
